The experience and the perspectives of China’s politics in international organizations of APR

Abstract

The experience, problems and prospects of China’s participation in Asian multilateral institutions are analyzed in this monograph. The author explores influence of CPR’s foreign-policy concepts on its strategy in international organizations of the APR and the Central Asia. Causes and consequences of China’s interest to regional integration in APEC, SCO, APT, CAREC, etc. are analyzed. Different aspects of economic cooperation and regional security’s interaction between CPR and participants of these institutions are analyzed. Problems of China’s contacts with USA and EU in multilateral institutions are explored. The author estimates further directions of Asian integration and China’s role in this process.
